cable
do all the RV parks with electrical hook-up also have cable and do you need an extended cable cord for that.

Some do and some don't. Cable is one of those extra amenities like wifi which may or may not be provided. If they have cable, there will be a coax hookup usually somewhere around the other hookups. You will have to have a piece of cable long enough to reach from there to the input on your RV.
