Just trying to find more out about my 2007 Monaco Cayman and especially about the roadmaster chassis. I had a trailing arm brake into at 40 mph and almost lost control of the coach. It is fixed with the new version arms at a cost of almost $3000.00. I bought the coach new and was never notified by either Monaco or by Roadmaster of the defect. I would think that someone should have been responsible for at least notifying the owner of the problem.

from NH. Glad no one was hurt, and it was kept under control.

Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the crew here!

Man, that's a bummer about the trailing arms! That's one thing I checked out before buying our Windsor last year, sure didn't wanna get stuck with that kind of expense! Hope you enjoy the forum!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

That seems to be a big problem.
