Hiya all, we are from the UK and live just east of Norwich in Norfolk. We are now on our third RV which we bought new in 2010 . We travel through ought the UK and into Mainland Europe, spending some of our cold winters in the comparative warmth of Spain and Portugal.
We have also had three RV vacations in the US , the last one last year taking a new Cruise America RV from Chicago to Las Vegas, a fabulous trip of 3000 miles and a month to do it .
We are now looking forward to our next US adventure, perhaps towards the end of summer 2014.
I hope to watch and pick up info from the home of RVs

Welcome to Irv. Doesn't the UK love their campervans and caravans as well. Glad to see some UK people who don't caravan the way Jeremy does. Although oz and James had a nice caravan for France. Oh and don't you have those nice long boats there too? I plan on doing that someday.

I guess you have the Western-side to do next. Alberta to British Columbia then Vancouver Island. A beautiful trip. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi all, thanks for the welcome, we belong to an RV forum over here with around 2500 members, various meets take place throughout the year . An informal but respectful forum with a degree of banter.
Yes, narrow boats on the inland waterway system are a laid back way to holiday, at 4mph and pubs conveniently placed , England at its beautiful best.
We took in some of the west coast in 2004 starting in San Francisco across to Tahoe , Grand Canyon, Vegas, LA. We hope to do Seattle to Phoenix and also the area around Florida.
