Those Palazzo's are beautiful RV's.
There are many-many threads here about that model line and there is an owners sub-Forum for them here:

And, feel free to post in any of the Forums...most RV's share many systems in similar.

You/re gonna love your Palazzo. We had a 33.2 - traded for a tuscany last fall in anticipation of full-timing (which probably won't do now due to health issues). Palazzo is a great coach, probably the best floor plan in the business for the size.
