Hi everyone. We are in between TTs. Our 2016 Coachmen frame failed. We are looking at the ORV 24RLS. We are doing the factory tour in February.

Failed frame, that doesn't sound like fun. Was it due to age or an accident?

Either way, welcome to the forum. Do a search for the model you are looking at. Chances are, someone here has one and can give some feedback.

This is a great place to get answers and thoughts on any subject related to RV'ing. Jump in and have fun.

What part of the world do you hail from?

See you on the road.

Thank you both.

The TT was just shy of 3 years old. We were in Pennsylvania on our way back from Colorado and New Mexico. We stopped for dinner a few miles from the campground. I noticed the rear axle wasnt tracking properly. I thought maybe a bolt or something was loose. I crawled around under the trailer...the right rear spring shackle and frame ripped apart to the point there was a hole in the frame. My left side twisted and there were signs inside the trailer that the body buckled. I called my insurance right away and they totaled it. I filed a report with the NTSB.

We are from Massachusetts. I've been reading though a lot of the ORV posts on this site prior to registering.

Thank you. I meant to say NHTSA not NTSB.
