Bought a 2020 Reatta 37K because my wife liked the floor plan. So far I like the coach but not the attention to details from Entegra. No water to fridge, panel in hall pulling apart, screws stripped on shelf brackets small items but several of them. Anyone else have similar problems when they purchased their coach??
Thanks

Our 2020 Thor Freedom Elite FE had a bunch of problems when we purchased it. We still have a few more to fix and it's been three months. So far I have put just over a thousand miles on it and most of those have been used going back and forth to the dealership for repairs. I hear that it's expected that one spend the first year getting repairs done when you purchase a new RV. We will hopefully manage to get ours done before the end of next month but I just got a recall notice in the mail for something that might make it burst into flames and the dealership doesn't have the parts for the repair yet. LOL I've heard that the repairs never really end? We shall see. We're having fun in our RV despite the frequent shop visits. We just haven't been able to get too far from home yet and have had a lot of unusable RV time.

Welcome to the forum. Most new rigs have lots of little problems as quality control many times is not great. Thor seems to have more then their share on their new builds.

You are joining a good group of folks here with good info to share.

Good luck and enjoy the adventure!

Momdoc,
From what I'm reading online and hearing at the repair shops, even the extreme high end RVs have a tendency to arrive with problems. Seems to be a chronic problem across the industry. It's crazy how many RVs I looked at in the past three years. I looked at new and used rigs ranging in price from the high 30's to upwards of a million plus. I went with the Freedom Elite FE because I loved all the sleeping space (sleeps 7 easily) and loved that it wasn't quite so long as the class A rigs. The Ford E-450 is a chassis I have some experience driving too so that helped. I get a lot of short term visitors, which made easy to use sleeping space our "must have". Oddly enough the older the RV I looked at, the better it seems to have been made so at some point they used to make them well. I guess that's true of most things though.
