Wife and I are retired and decided to take the RV plunge with a 2020 Tiffin Open Road. We bought it slightly used in late August and encountered a serious slider problem on the first camping trip. We are now in Red Bay getting it fixed. We are looking forward to lots of travel in 2021.

Welcome to the forum. Congrats on your new Tiffin. You will love it We just left Red Bay last week after our third trip to the "mother ship". All for basically routine care (one trip for warranty stuff). Great place to get things done quickly and correctly.
