Hi Folks,
Thanks for the add. We have been RVers for quite some time. Just got a 22 Pace Arrow 36U. We go to different events close to home base which is Jacksonville FL. We want to plan a trip next year to Alaska so we are just starting to research the ins and outs.

Welcome to iRV2 
Alaska travel this year just hit a huge road block ; highway wash out near the Yukon boarder .
Any number of travelers facing a 900 mile detour ; a situation that hopefully is never repeated .
The route and info on road conditions , are being discussed in the " travel forums "
