Congratulations on the new to you rig, and the RV lifestyle.
Best advice is to:
- Learn about/familiarize yourself with the rig.
- Expect things to go wrong.
Roll with the punches, and keep a positive attitude.
- Camp in the driveway a night or two.
That way if you forgot a towel, toothbrush, special cooking pan, you are seconds away from your house.
OR
- Take a few overnight runs to local campgrounds to shake down the rig.
Having something go wrong, while an hour or less from home will help to destress you.
- Lastly, my wife and I have different needs.
Sometimes you will need a break from each other. For example: She might want to have her hair done, while you go golf.
Alone time, will make the together time better.
