New member and new rver with a question
I just recently bought a 2001 forest river sunseeker 29LE, with the chev 496. I have searched the Moho inside and out can't find my gross and different weights. Checked the Internet and they only show new moho. Had it loaded today and weighed, was 12000 lbs don't know if I'm over or what, thanks for any help, Phil

Welcome to IRV2. Here is an ad for an 02 2900 series. Maybe a phone call to them will get you some info.

I just went on the Winnebago site and they have a space to view old brochures. I looked at a 2001 Winne Class C which was available in either a Ford or a GM chassis.
The GM chassis was listed as a GM 3500
8.1 l engine with Chev Tranny
GVWR was set at 12,300 lbs
The Fords at this time had a 14,500 lb chassis so larger units were built on the Fords.
Hope this helps.
There should be a technical sheet in the back of one of the cupboards or closets with the information on it and with serial numbers. Our Georgetown by FR has 3 stickers with specs on them.
