New member and new to owning an RV

Hello fellow RV'rs. My wife and I just purchased our first RV and settled in on a 1997 Holiday Rambler Imperial. 40' 325hp with one big slide. Very excited to get our first trip in, but don't have it lined up just yet.

I want to start going through it from top to bottom to find and fix everything I can. Any suggestions on where I can go to get the best pricing on anything from all of the covers for various roof penetrations to replacement/upgraded headlights sleeper sofas with seat belts etc? Is most furniture specific to RV's or can you just buy normal household items and bolt them down? A million questions, hopefully a few answers.
Thanks in advance.

Tyler

Hi Tyler

Glad to have you here with us in the forum.

Just about any furniture that will fit through your door is okay in an RV. However if you want a sleeper sofa with seat belts, not many residential sofas will fit the bill. There is no single place where you can get the best deals on items. Determine what you need, and do a Google search to find it.

Happy Trails!!!
