Kdog,
Well it looks like you're jumping in with both feet, with a 350 Hp Cummins, on a Freightliner chassis.
Lots of good folks on the forums here have similar machines and can help you.
I'm a gasser, but can help with the "coach" side of things.
What I would tell you is, go camping in your back yard for several nights before you hit the road, just to see for yourself that all the 'coach" systems work as designed. Move the slides in and out a couple of times, cook a few meals, watch TV and USE EVERYTHING.
THEN, you can start checking the "truck" portion of the coach by changing all the fluids, filters, grease the chassis etc. to make sure she is roadworthy.
After all this, and you feel comfortable whth her, hit the road with a few short trips, just to check her out.
Happy camping..........
