New Member and new with 5er
Hi to all, we are new to the forum and still learning about RVing. We started with a motor home after I retired and decided after a couple of trips to go with a travel trailer. Well that was nice but we soon figured out it was not big enough and didn't have many of the features we wanted. So yesterday we traded for a Crusader 34' fifth wheel and can't wait to pick it up Friday. Looking forward to learning all the necessary things to successfully camp with the 5er. I'm sure I will be asking lots of questions. We travel with 3 small dogs and they have become great little campers.

Congrats on the 5er !
There are a lot of people on here with an abundance of knowledge who are always willing to help out.
What are you planning to tow it with ? (just curious)

To Salty-Dawg, thanks for the welcome and we ran across a 1997 Ford F-350 about a year ago that had extremely low mileage for a 7.2 Turbo diesel. It has pulled our travel trailer very easily and is in such great shape I just can't bear to part with it just yet. The interior looks brand new. It was well taken care of and I am continuing that care. The previous owner went so far as to put labels on every thing he changed to include date and mileage.
