New Member Check In
Hello all, my name is Fred and my wife is Pat. As background information we have for the past eight years been living on our boat full time for 7 months of the year sailing in the Caribbean.
We are not completely new to RV’s. We had a 1972 Holiday Rambler back in the 70’s, I guess that makes us old. What we finally bought was a 1996 Country Coach Magna 38 feet #5342 with a Detroit series 40 330 hp engine and an Allision Transmission. This unit has no slides, which we were looking for as we plan on traveling the country and felt we did not need the extra space or potential issues with slides. We also really love the interior layout.
Not yet sure how to add pictures, but when I figure it out we will post some.

Hi Fred. Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new rig.
We're glad you found us. We have quite a few other sailors on the forum so you might just find yourself striking up discussions with them.
Best of luck
Rick

Howdy Fred and Pat, and welcome to the forum! Don't be concerned about that "old" thing...a lot of us share that with you.
