Hi to all,
We have a 2007 Holiday Rambler Ambassador DP and are considering moving up to a Newmar Mountain Aire next year.
We were told it is now a federal law that you can no longer sell your home first and put the proceeds into your new home on wheels but so far I have not been able to find where this new law is located. Any help getting to the truth of the matter appreciated. Thanks, Deiseldriver

Welcome to iRV2! I have not heard of any such law. If there were a law like this it would have affected a great number of full timers.

The only thing that comes to mind is something about the taxable status of home sale proceeds. There might be some difference whether the proceeds went to a another house or were spent on something else like a motor home. But this is a very hazy memory and I am not a tax accountant!
