New member from Michigan
Hi all! My rig is a 2005 Coachmen 380D pusher with a Cat engine, Allison 3000 trans, two slides. We've had it for nearly 2 years, purchased after we were forced to sell our cottage in northern Michigan because of a county airport expansion (long story). So we took our settlement and got a motorhome...now if they want us to move, we can. :-)
We just had the longest trip yet in the coach...we drove from Michigan to California (and back) to take my oldest son to college. Fun times (but not fun leaving him there).
The family is enjoying it very much. And I've gotten a lot of good ideas from this site.

We are Michigan Yoopers and have been traveling for 16 years. We are not fulltimerss and love our country home in the summer for 6 months out of the year. We have taken the route to CA several times ending up in Phoenix for the winter. This year to the east coast for a change and down to Florida.
Nice to hear from Michigan people.
