We just bought a 2004 Monaco Knight and will have lots of questions. Have read lots from this forum and you all seem to be very knowledgeable. We want to go to south Texas this spring and have read lots of reviews for that large area. Do you folks have favorite areas and camp grounds? Thanks in advance. Ken and Kathy.

Ken & Kathy, without knowing what your interests are, it's difficult to make any recommendations. And when you say south Texas, are you thinking beaches or fishing, bird watching, etc. You might want to google RV parks in some areas you are interested in and even look into a camping network membership based on what you find. We have joined several that work well for us as full timers. Welcome aboard and best wishes in your future travels.

Welcome to the irv2 gang, Ken & Kathy! We're glad you decided to join this community. We haven't quite retired yet, so I can't help you with south Texas. But it does sound like a great place to be during those bone chilling months.
Good luck with your plan and enjoy your travels along the way.
