Hi all, we are new to the site. I'm a retired police Lieutenant now in full time ministry as an Executive Minister at a large Christian Church.

We are about to be empty nesters and decided to get back into camping. We've been campers for years, started out tenting (when we were young and didn't mind the ground and wet tents), then moved into a pop-up, but just recently bought a one owner 2007 Cruiser RV Fun Finder X 189FBS.

I've read many post and learned much on this site as I've never owned anything that had to use a dump station. But there is much more to learn, so thanks to those who have been doing this for years and have shared their insight.

Here are a few pics of our rig.

Welcome from East Central IL, currently sitting in sunny, hot, humid St. Augustine, FL. Sounds a lot like IL, doesn't it?

A friend if ours has a Fun Finder. She tried to trade it in, but couldn't find anything she liked better, so she kept it. Good trailer. I like it too.

Enjoy the forums. There certainly is a lot to learn, and this is a good place; friendly too.

Cheers!

Sue, we just had a front come through and it was 72 degrees today with super low humidity. We had some friends over after church and cooked outside and sat next to our camper as if we were camping. What part of central Illinois are you from. We lived in Washington, Illinois just east of Peoria for 10 years.
