Bon Jour; and Welcome to iRV2, from the west coast.
I've spent the last 8 winters in the desert southwest ; Lake Havasu City, AZ , area and can't recall a Quebec licence plate, very few Ontario, plates for that matter. Most parks you get into in the winter will be 30 >40% Canadian, BC and AB for the most part . Where you chose to stay will depend on your interests, many parks have or are close to golf courses, and a host of other activities.
Have a look at this site. It covers a few parks but probably only 10%
Arizona Snowbird Parks
A warning though , Spanish is the second language in the area, I hope your English is better than my 50 year old , high school French.

Have you thought about dry camping (boondocking)? We go to the Imperial Dam LTVA 20 miles North of Yuma, Arizona. $180 for 7 months. We have many people from Quebec come down. Welcome to the forum! We are from Alberta
