New Member from VA

Hi, my name is Jeffrey Noble. I live in Yorktown VA. I am new to the forum and am looking for info. I have yet to purchase an RV or Travel Trailer, but hope to soon. I recently purchased an '05 Expedition that can be used to haul a trailer. Just looking for the right trailer I guess.

I am 26 years old. I am a disabled Air Force Veteran with a rating of 60%. I have 4 separate spinal injuries, a knee issue, arthritis, tinnitus, hearing loss, vision loss, and PTSD. All are service connected. People often ask me if I regret joining the military since I am 26 years old and disabled. I answer with this. "Freedom isn't free. It was paid for with the blood of patriots. Enumerable families lost loved ones as a payment for the freedom you take for granted on a daily basis. I not only consider myself lucky for being able to serve my country, I would do it again in a heartbeat, without a second thought. America, The Land of the Free BECAUSE of the Brave!" ***Climbs down from soapbox*** I am a full time college student (thanks to the Post 9/11 GI Bill) studying Criminal Justice. I would like to do undercover work again. I enjoy riding motorcycles, and spending time with my loved ones. I am looking forward to having a beautiful baby girl, Scarlett, come September. One day, I would like nothing more than to own a house, travel for leisure in my trailer, do yard work, and attend dance recitals with my (hopefully one day) wife, Casey.

I am an open book. If you have questions, or advice, please feel free to call or text 757-968-6084

Welcome Jeffrey from a fellow Virginian. Thank you for your service to our country. You will find lots of good advice on this forum as far as purchasing a trailer or TT as they call them here.

Hi Jeffrey! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join us!

Thank you so much for your service to our country!

This is the best RV forum on the web! You'll find lots of friendly folks eager to share their knowledge and experience, and great Moderators who are always fair and respectful! I would suggest that you post specific questions over in the appropriate areas of the forum for best results. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area. Hope you enjoy the forum and hope you find the right RV for your needs. Congrats on that new baby girl!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome home and welcome to iRV2, Jeffrey! Thank you for your service and your sacrifice.

Hope you find the perfect TT and can enjoy the RVing life. Maybe we'll meet around the campfire sometime.

I have a PM for you. Check for it.

Cheers!
