New member Hello!
Would like to introduce myself. I am a new member to this forum and owner of a used (but new to me) Monaco Windsor. I have been been loving camping since I was a boyscout in a little 2 person pup tent. Moved up to a large tent and then finally a used pop up. After mice had their way with the pop up I found an old class "C" motorhome. A 24' Mallard on a Chevy chassis. Used it a few times and decided I liked the motorhome option over a trailer so moved up to a larger 31' Damon Challenger. Now I have the 40.5' Monaco Windsor. Just purchased it so I havent gotten to use it yet but I am excited for the first trip.
A little about me: I'm a divorced 44 yr old but engaged to a wonderful woman with 5 great kids between 8 and 20 yrs old and I have three children ages 19, 20 and 21. Yea three in college. I have been an Engineer in the automotive industry for 24 years. Working on Exhaust, Convertible Tops, Electronic gas pedals, and bumper covers.
My hobbies include remodeling projects around the house, (I have built three homes), I also enjoy cars in general. Hot rods, classics, exotics. I am currently building a 2001 Lamborghini replica in my spare time and I use that term loosely. Its been 5 years and I'm only about 60% complete.
I really enjoy the weekend trips away and this new purchase will certainly give us a lot more room to enjoy ourselves.. I'm sure I will have pleanty of questions as I am not real familiar with the 330 Diesel motor but hopefully I can offer some assistance to others as well.. Look forward to reading lots of older posts and getting to know you all. Rob

Rob, Welcome to the forum and cograts to you on the new to you MH. You sound like a really busy guy. Like the kit car thing. I built 2 airplanes and loved every minute of it. Good luck and enjoy your camping.

Hi Rob! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you with us! Congrats on the new rig! I also just bought a 2002 Monaco Windsor 40PBT a couple of weeks ago. It's gonna take a lot of getting used to after pulling a 5er for 11 years! Be sure to join the Monaco owner's group here on the forums. Have fun & God bless!
