New member in Arkansas

I'm a new member as well as a new owner to my first travel trailer. I purchased a 1998 40' Alpha Gold fifth wheel that I am setting up on Sugarloaf Lake in Hackett, Arkansas. I'm 43 and all my life I've been paying rent and putting money in someone else's pocket and I'm just ready for my own place, even if it is a large travel trailer. I have no children and I'm single so I can't think of any reason not to live the trailer life and I'll save so much money that it seems to be all positive reasons to make this transition from a 4 bedroom 2 story house. Of course the space is far more limited so I'm having a large massive garage sale and getting rid of all furniture except my couch and recliner that I'll use to replace the existing furniture, oh and I'll keep my queen mattress and box springs. I purchased also a 5000 Honda generator for back up as well as a 100 gallon propane tank and I'll bypass the 2 small tanks. There's an existing septic tank that I will run tie my waste water and sewage lines into and I'm going to build a frame around the trailer and put cedar cutoffs on it to give it a log cabin look on the outside as well as building a large room at the end of the frame to put my full size washer and dryer for a laundry room and add a deck facing the lake. If anyone can give me pointers or ideas for first time full time travel trailer living, please feel free because all input is greatly appreciated from this first timer. Thanks for reading and God bless
