New Member looking for the right travel trailer for me

Hi everyone,

Given that I'm working from home and my daughter is doing online schooling, I'm planning on getting a travel trailer for 3 - 4 week trips that will be a combination of vacation and working/schooling from somewhere far from home. I plan on working from outside as much as possible given the weather situation, but I need to have 2 spots in the trailer for Zooming/conference calling concurrently. My wife will also be with us.

Additionally, I have 2 sons that will travel with us on pure vacations. I'd also like enough space for guest or two.

My ideal travel trailer (my tow vehicle is rated at 9300 pounds):
- 28 - 31'
- bunk area (privacy for my daughter)
- bedroom slide (a little extra space for a work area)
- Sleeps 6 - 8.
- new

So far, I haven't found a trailer with the combination of a bedroom slide out and a bunk area in the size I'm looking for.

I'll be looking around the forum for tips and RV wisdom.

My only RVing experience is a one week rented Class C in Colorado.

Cheers,
Kevin

Hi Kevin! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

No experience or knowledge of travel trailers so can't help with that.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
