New Member, looking to buy an RV

Hello, love this forum, as it has been a big help in researching which RV would be right for me.
Picking a new RV is quite intimidating, and hard to do.
We have been looking at the Thor ACE, FR3, and I am also interested in the Thor Vegas. This weekend we will be going to a RV show in Lexington KY, to check them out some more.
So far my favorite is the FR3 29, the smaller Thor Ace, and Fr3 are very nice, but not quite right for us. Still nice MHs though.
I saw an Thor Vegas, and for some reason it appeals to me. However, it was sold so I could not get an in-depth look at it. In many ways, from what I research, the Vegas, or similar type RV would be perfect for us for the next 4-5 years, and then something more like the FR3 would be better.
Something else being considered is a used C class 28 footer from Cruise America,
The floor plan is a like lot like the FR3, or Ace in a C class way.
Again it would be more than adequate for the next few years.

Decisions, decisions.
For some reasons I like a lot about the Vegas, for now. But will know more this weekend when I get a closer look.
Really like the potential for better mileage, easier maneuverability, and think I would likely put more miles on it, doing day trips, and going to events, where I might take the car, or pickup truck if I had a bigger 28-31 foot RV.
Thanks for being here, I look forward to learning more to help me make a good decisions

Good Luck,

The Vegas also has a twin called the Axis. If you go that way that opens up a few cosmetic choices (two different grill/headlamp configs) slightly different interior decor and exterior paint. Everything is is basically the same.

The other homes you are considering, there is a Winnie equivalent forget what it's called, The Coachmen Pursuit, Jayco Precept for similar units.

Welcome to IRV2.
