Hello folks, We're from Caswell Co., N.C. Just bought a 1995 Tiffin 37' Bus. I have just retired last May and want to see more of the country. The wife and I are EAA Members and if anyone knows of campgrounds with open land next to it that we can use as a runway, please let us know as we plan to haul our Powered Parachute with us once in awhile. My wife does aerial photography. Tom/Joan Marshall aka. Tom-Tom

Hi John and Cathy R. We were up near your way last August. We headed up to Oshkosh for the 2014 EAA Airventure. We were thrilled to meet some of the nicest folks we've met in a long time. Looking forward to heading back up your direction. Tom/Joan

Hi Jerry and Jeanne. Another pilot, I hear ya! What do you bust the skies with? Most likely something more impressive than what we have but as least we do have our fun. We have an Infinity Powered Parachute with a 582 Blue head powering an IVO prop (3-blade) We drill through the air at 30 MPH with no head wind. Great platform for photo work. Drop us a line. Tom/Joan

I probably fly more often , but you probably have more fun. I'll be watching to see if anyone comes up with a list of campgrounds at or near ultralight fields. Of course, all you really need is a relatively smooth open grass area.
