Hello, new member here from MA.

We just purchased a new Lance 2285 to replace our 2001 Travel Supreme (TS). The TS was a big unit (43', triple slide) and has been on a seasonal site since we got it... never on the road except getting to the Campground site it sits on...sort of a home-away-from-home for us all these years.

But, now we're ready to hit the road (I'm now retired) and bring some of our grandkids along on some trips.

... they've all been up to the TS over the years and love to camp.

The Lance 2285 (27') we bought is down in Texas, so our first trip will be going to get it in April (school vacation, as my wife is a teacher in her final year), then plan for a few 2013 road trip, and of course a few weekend back at our old campground in NH. Looking forward to this next phase of camping and traveling

. My tow vehicle is a 2009 GMC 2500HD which I've used to tow my 20' enclosed car trailer (to shows) for the past few years... so I'll be good for towing the new TT.

I've lurked around the site before, so now we'll be taking advantage of the wealth of info and expertise it offers. Hope to meet a few of you out on the road.
