I just wanted to say hello from NC and thanks for the add. My wife an I are nearing retirement (a year or three away!) and plan on hitting the road at least part time. We recently sold our 33' TT and are actively researching which RV will be next! Leaning towards a 5er for the comfort and space. So will also need a bigger truck too. So I have been using this site for awhile and thought it was high time I made it official even though we don't actually have an RV presently. Looking forward to all the great advice. Everyone seems to be very courteous and the knowledge I've gained so far has been invaluable. So until we meet on the road! Keep it between the ditches!

Good luck on the search. Don't rule out a good DP Class A with a good toad.

You might want to consider a motorhome after retirement if you plan to travel much. It's much more convenient! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!
