Hi Everyone,
My Wife and I just purchased our 1st RV, 2002 Winnebago Adventurer. Has 26k on it with the Ford chassis and V10 motor. It is used so there are a few fixes that were needed but should be good to go in about a week. We have many years of scouting and camping experience which should help somewhat. I was a machinist and jack of all home owner trades for many years so that will help with the mechanicals. Still will have plenty to learn with this rig. Kids are all grown up now and we decided this would be a great time to start the next chapter. Looking forward to reading and posting on the forum.

Welcome to irv2. I had an 01 35u Chieftain. It was a great MH. It took me to 49 States and all 10 Canadian Provinces covering 62,000 miles. Hope you enjoy yours as well.

Thanks everyone. It's nice to hear from all of you. I will start reading the forums tomorrow. I have a few things that I need to learn before we go out for our first trip. I see that the you tube is also a good place to go to see "how to" videos on a lot of things RV related.
Thanks again...
