New member update: now own a Puma TT
I posted in this section a while back when we first started shopping for an RV. Update: We now are the proud owners of a slightly used, 2015, Puma 26RLSS travel trailer.
Despite all the horror stories about dealing with unscrupulous, uncaring dealers, we had a great shopping and buying experience. We drove almost 400 miles from Texas, up to Chanute, Ks., to shop at Kansas RV Center. The treated us like family from the first visit, clear through the PDI, and, after delivery. We found the trailer to be in perfect condition throughout the PDI.
They showed us what we asked to see, not what they wanted to sell. The PDI consisted of 3 service technicians spending almost 3 hours going over every detail inside and outside of the trailer, as well as installing and adjusting the hitch assy. for us. They even sent 2 service men over to a nearby campground, when I could not get the hitch to release during our first setup.
So, all in all, a great shopping and purchasing experience. Now we are looking forward to our next trip.

Congrats on your now a few month old TT! We are new to rv'ing and the forum. Just drove 4 hours a week ago to pick up a new Puma Canyon Cat 20RDC TT. Haven't even taken it out yet. Hope you enjoy yours. I did a lot of research over the past 3 years and Puma reviews were strong.
