New Member with problem

Need help with Dometic 310 toilet. The flapper valve won't open. I still get water flow though. I have looked on the web for a fix but cannot find anything. Please help. Thanks

Your peddle is connected to the ball and the water valve. Since you are getting water and the ball won't open, the connection from the peddle to the ball has either broken or come loose. Removing the peddle assembly should show you what's wrong or which part needs replacing.
