New member with questions

Hello to all. We are getting a 1 ton GMC flatbed pickup in the next 60 days. It will be used on the farm, as well as for our new adventures in RVing. We have been tossing around ideas and want some input from those of you who have already been there...
1)trying to decide if we should get a 5th wheel toy hauler (Fuzion) because "I" LOVE to take my Gator out and play (husband not so much). downside is that not many rv resorts/towns would even let you ride it. I've also heard that many rv parks have a limit of 30' length for their camp spots. Is this true?
2) we can just get a pull behind 30' camp trailer and load the gator up onto the flatbed truck. downside: If I go by myself, I would be afraid to load and unload it onto the truck. And the 5th wheel trailer just seems to pull better that a "bumper pull" in my opinion(at least with the cattle trailers)
I know that there are remote (off the grid) atv camps where I can pull any size toy hauler and go play, but my husband is more for staying on the paved roads and nicer resort area. Is there a happy "in-between"

Hi Shellie! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you guys join us!

I wouldn't worry about the trailer and the ATV. It's true that many parks won't let you ride the ATV in the park, but I think most would let you park the trailer somewhere in the park and take the ATV outside the park to ride.

As for the length, you will find that it's mostly state parks that have the short spaces. Most private parks have plenty of spaces 40 to 60 feet length.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
