We joined Passport America and it paid for itself on our first trip after joining. There are a lot of restrictions when you can use it and the campgrounds will put you in their less desirable sites.

Over the years we have belonged to many RV related clubs...(most proved to be useless and a waste of money).

We now have only a Passport America membership and CoachNet's emergency road service.
In my experience, Passport America, which we've had for 14 years, is the only membership that paid for itself year after year.
We've had CoachNet EMS for 12+ years and have used/needed it enough that CoachNet has paid out far more than we have paid in.
