Hello All!
Thanks for adding me! Our family is new to RVing, but not to camping so we have a lot to learn... we’re definitely in the “we don’t know what we don’t know” stage!

Still making a final decision on a fifth wheel. (I’ve also posted in that forum for advice.) Trying to decide between a Forest River Compass and Grand Design Reflection, any input is appreciated 😀 We have a Chevy Silverado 3500 deisel for towing, so we’re ready to go as soon as we choose an RV!

We’ve been lurking here for a while and have gotten tons of great info, glad to be part of the group!

I hope you're on the road soon and enjoying the new rig. I don't have any experience with fifth wheel trailers, but look at each very carefully and go for the one that you determine has the best quality control in terms of construction. Also, having a good dealership for warranty work is so important...a good dealer can minimize the time that your rig is awaiting any warranty adjustments or repairs.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and the good advice! We have decided on the Grand Design Reflection, as it seems to tick the most boxes for us and I’ve seen more positive feedback about the customer service. We pick it up on Monday!
