New members in Michigan
Hi everyone. We are new to camping and just purchase our first trailer. We pick up our Apex Nano208BHS this Thursday. It was tough to find a dual axle 4000 lb trailer with a full size queen murphy bed and bunk beds. I am 6 foot 1 and really need the residential size queen bed. We have two 11 year olds, a boy and girl, so the bunk beds are important.
After reading so many of your tips and suggestions, I am now best friends with Amazon and the UPS guy.
I am attempting to add pictures to this thread. I hope I linked everything correctly.

Hello From Another RV'er in Michigan,
The fun is about to begin, you and your kids are going to love this! Take advantage of YouTube videos on anything RVing. Lot of good info there and if course this forum is like a college education in anything RV.
When do you go camping? First time can be in your driveway to get all the bugs out. Remember, most of the stuff you take along with you, you will at some point take back out but it's all in the fun of learning what you need.
Mostly just have a good time! Lynne

Congratulations from another Michigander. As beamisl pointed out you will keep changing the items that you take with you. My wife and I have been doing this for 10 years and are still trying to find the "perfect" solution.
Enjoy the adventure, it is a great lifestyle. Many campgrounds in Michigan close early to mid-October. Some stay open later, but if you head south many campgrounds are open much later in the year.
