New owner

So I turned 65 years old and have a super nice house , a cabin in the hills of eastern Ky, some really nice old cars but I've always wanted to travel to the western part of this beautiful united States. I was lucky enough to find a really nice 2005 Holiday Rambler ambassador with only 24,000 miles. My kid's are grown and I have 3 beautiful grandchildren. I'm self employed and enjoy my work but now it's time to have some fun.

Shoemaker,

Welcome to the Forum! You have come to the right place to learn anything you need to know about RVing.

Sounds like you found a wonderful rig and when you go out West, you will be so glad you bought it. There is so much to see in this country.

Get a in-line water filter and pressure regulator valve for your rig. They will keep you from having problems down the road.

Have a question or several, go ahead and ask. Lot's of knowledge here. Have fun, LB

Welcome and congrats on your retirement and the new rig. Enjoy all your travels. I'm excited for you. If you ever make it to the central portion of CA send a wave out.

We had a 1988 rambler monitor. I loved the woodwork and all but it was hard to drive. Enjoy your travels!
