New RVers - Hope to be fulltimers in a couple of years
Greetings everyone
In a couple of hours, we are off to purchase our first RV. It's quite a bit more than we anticipated getting (42') and we look forward to many happy years in it. With any luck, we will be fulltiming in 2-3 years.
Having never owned an RV we are on a steep learning curve but I am sure that it will be interesting.

Hi, and Welcome to iRV2.
42' is getting in with both feet; and better than starting off with a tent and a wet dog; I hope that the schedule for full timing goes to plan , in the mean time, get out as often as you can, enjoy.
And remember the only stupid question is the one you don't ask .

My wife saw a 2003 Monaco Dynasty last year and drooled, even though we have a 2008 Winnebago. If the 2004 is a step up from the 2003 you are going to be very happy. It is a nice rig.
Welcome!
Happy trails.

Hi Darrell and Cindi, welcome to IRV2. Well, you skipped over all the little stuff, right to the big stuff. LOL You will learn very quickly. Just go slow to start with and get used to your rig. Good that you are starting your fulltime planning now. Good luck and safe travels.

Thanks to everyone
Thank you all for the warm and friendly welcome.
We still haven't received final word back about the RV but hope to soon.
I will definitely post pictures just as soon as it officially becomes ours.
We are very excited about this new stage of our lives and look forward to sharing our experiences with all of you.
