New, soon to be full timer

Hello, My wife and I are in the process of "liquidating" sticks and bricks life to persue life on the road. Kids grown and out, we are both in our late 40's and have dreamed of detatching for years. Time is right for pulling the trigger! Home is in process of being sold... New travel trailer scheduled for delivery in March. We are in western PA currently with plans to eventually end up in s/w arizona (old dear friend) in that area. As we venture forward in laying out our plans to quit jobs and hit the road I look forward to any and all advice we can find here. Thank you in advance to all and everyone here who can help with our transition!

I'm very jealous. We had to wait until mid 60's to retire and hit the road. After being full time for three years I wish we would have been able to do it. U H earlier in life.
Remember the two most important things needed for full timing; a sense of humor and a glass of wine.
