Hello everyone, I have always loved to camp, but never really had the time to do it. My wife isn't much of a camper, so I have forgone the tent and moved up to a travel trailer. But atlast, the camper I was given has quite a few problems. I have some time, but little knowledge about repairing these. So I hope to learn as much as I can from you experts. I have a 1976 Holiday Rambler Free Spirit 21'. (I like the old style campers). It is just the right size for me and my family. I know it will need a new roof, some flooring repaired and the front and rear walls repaired. But, all the appliances work and the steel frame is solid. I hope to start working on it today and am sure I will have lots of questions. Anyway just wanted to say Hi. Andy

Andy;

Welcome to iRV2. I believe you have your work cut out for you. My first thought is to advise you to visit the Vintage RV's Forum HERE Post often and share your progress with us. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
