New to Grand Design and 5th wheel

We ordered a Reflection 341rds back in September, and we were happy to finally bring it home on friday. We traded a Cherokee limited that we bought new in 2017, mostly because we figured out what we didn't like about the layout. We went to the Hershey show looking for better options, and fell in love with the Grand Designs, only problem was choosing the one we liked best. After a lot of thought and a bunch of questions answered by one of the factory reps, we decided on the 341.
The weather here in the northeast wasn't terrific, but we managed to skirt the snowstorm up and back to Syracuse where we picked it up from the dealer. The experience was quite good, and we left with the feeling that customer satisfaction is their primary goal.
We are looking forward to our first outing, but till then we are busy figuring out how everything works. As soon I figure out how to download pictures from my phone to my computer, pictures of our new baby will be posted.
