I don't care for the winter either. We get bad weather in TN twice a year. Cold miserable winters and summers that are so hot and humid we're thinking to sun-birding to the mountains of NC next summer. We snow-bird to FL in the winter. Only the spring and fall are nice here.
I would love to close up the house and go full-time for a few years.
What ever rig you get, I hope you enjoy yourselves for years to come.
