I was born in Louisville and we moved to California when I was 12 years old. I grew up on five acres and lived off of Preston Hwy and Cooper Chapel Road about 40 years ago. Kentucky is beautiful and my husband teased me and said we were moving back there. He is such the jokester. I have wonderful memories living there and I enjoyed all 4 seasons when I was a child. Different outdoor activities for every season and never bored ... always something to do.

A little tiny town named New Rockford. We camped there for about 4 or 5 days and my family came to visit me at the park. Had groups of 20 or more family members ... adults, seniors, kids, dogs ... all together and having a GREAT TIME!

Thanks everyone for the welcome and yes I must put down some foam around the base or place a pillow over the base or something so I don't keep stubbing my toes. I am a country girl at heart and go barefooted as much as I can. So no shoes on in the RV

as soon as I finish setting up the exterior of our trailer I pour about half a cup of water downthe shower drain and I just the water at both sinks to fill the J trap. This prevents gray water odors from coming up into the tt. Driving tends to shake the water out of them.

Welcome to the irv2 gang, Joani and Alberto! And congrats on your second set of "wheels." Sounds like you have already had a lot of fun travels. As for learning "stuff" on the forum pages, I think you can find anything and folks here are really helpful. If you haven't tried them, check out the Owners Forums for Thor Industries and the search options usually found in the upper right portion of almost any forum page. Good luck and safe travels to ya!
