New to iRV2 from Iowa

Greetings from Iowa.
My husband and I had never camped in our lives but love to travel and wanted to take our fur babies along so we decided to try a Class A motorhome. In 2015, we fully retired and bought our 1st RV- an Allegro 31SA gas unit. We had such a great time traveling through Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado we decided to trade for a diesel unit and got an Allegro Red 38QRA. Last October, we drove to Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. On both of these extended vacations, our travel companions included our 3 cats: Max, Maggie, & Milo. The cats aren't as excited as we are about our new mode of travel, but they tolerate it. This year, we spent 2 months in the spring and 2 months in the fall in Northeast Georgia outside Atlanta helping son and daughter-in-law with new grandbaby and toddler. All in all, we love our time on the road and meeting new people in RV Parks all over the USA.
Looking forward to the contacts we will make through these forums!

How/where do you include information about your rig, and tow? I see a place to add signature but can't find a place to add the other information. Lyn

Welcome to the site from some new friends to the north of you. I look at this site daily and have learned a lot over the years. Good luck in your travels. We just did a two month trip on a Caravan to Alaska this summer. We also retired in 2015.
