Hello all. My name is Greg. The wife and I have been talking about owning a smaller motorhome for years now and we finally purchased a low miles 2016 Isata 3. I have had 2 previous Forrest River products. One was great, the other was.....well, let's just say I'm glad it's gone. Several other brands of RV's as well. Seems like they all have their little quirks. Overall, I've heard good things about the Dynamax isata 3. so hoping for the best. Haven't picked it up yet.
I live in Southern Idaho. I love to UTV. Grew up camping all over the West and northwest and love the desert, mountains, forests and just plain being away from the crowds. We plan to camp mostly BLM and primitive spots. Nothing too serious where a 4x4 would be required, just away from the crowded campgrounds and paved pads. It's a pleasure to be here on this forum. Hoping to learn a lot from you all. I'm not the least bit inexperienced at RV'ing, just this unit. I'm very capable and never had a previous RV serviced by anyone but myself. The Mercedes engine and drivetrain may change that as I'm not experienced with those, but I do learn quickly.
