Given the age, I would replace the rubber fuel line, as well as any other rubber lines on the coach (brakes, propane, etc.)

I have an old ('85 +/-) supplemental service manual from GM that is specific to the P30 chassis. It deals with problems related to P30's in a motor home application. Among other things, GM found that adding an electric fuel pump would help prevent vapor lock, as well as prevent fuel starvation.
As far as replacing rubber lines- that is a great idea. Also give all the metal brake lines an inspection, I have seen them rust thru.
