New to RVing

Hello everyone,

My husband and I purchased a used Winnebago ERA in December and successfully had our 1st vacation in it.
we have a question about the Gas alarm. The ERA is parked in our driveway and sometime ago the gas alarm was ringing, we plugged the RV to our house electricity, and it stopped, after reading about it we found out that if the battery is low the alarm will go on. Is there another way to deal with this?

thank you

Welcome and glad to meet you!

Questions are best posed in the appropriate forum for the type RV as many of the experts there do not visit the New Member Forum.

Howdy and welcome aboard and glad to have you with us. I'm assuming you're asking about your LP detector. there should be a switch on it to trun it off or you can turn off your Main Battery disconnect switch. That will take the drain off the battery. Good luck and enjoy your travels.
