New to RVing..
Hello, quite new to the whole RV idea, but I live in the eastern Sierra foothills, been evacuated for forest fires twice last year. Both times times house and home unscathed, but now worried the third time could be the charm..
I've found an old Superior 2500 in need of love and attention, it has a bad motor, rest of seems restorabile enough. Really like the whole 'all steel' thing about it.
So.. Anybody here know how to get the engine out of this thing. I can think of several possibilities, be nice to choose the right one.
Would be good to get 'er done before next fire season
The possibly just slightly paranoid,
Brian

Hi Brian! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Congrats on the new rig! I'm far from being a mechanic so can't help you on that. Keep her between the ditches!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Hi Brian,
Welcome to the Forum! Wow have you got your work cut out for you!
Not sure they have how to remove an engine on here but have you checked out YouTube, they may have.
Does your rig have a cover over the engine on the inside? Maybe looking there will hope. Pictures might also bring a bit more interest for answers.
