Smile New to RVing and enjoying

Hi all. We just got a 1999 George Boy Cruise Master. This is our first RV. We have always tent camped but made the jump to a RV after a cold rainy trip. We have been out a few times so far and love it.

Tenting is fine, but there comes a day when life gets a little better. You have found that day. Enjoy and safe travels.

I got my fill of tent camping in the Army (they call it bivoacing) lots of rain, enough snow to cover the tent, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
It was fun while it lasted (no it wasn't) but me and the DW like the comforts of our coach. Its not camping it is RVing

Hello and welcome to IRV2. We tent camped when the kids were little. Now, there is no way we could sleep on the ground. We like our nice comfy bed, our own shower, TV, etc........Hope you enjoy the RV lifestyle as much as we do. Safe travels.

Welcome!!!

Have you weighed your RV and set the tire pressures accordingly?

Also has the fire extinguisher been inspected and do you have an emergency exit in the rear and, if so, does it open?

Safety first.........
