new to site and rv's

Just joined site. New to rv's. I just puchased 1995 Monaco 36 Windsor. Pretty nice low mileage diesel pusher. I'm picking it up today. I know it has a few minor issues so I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions. Thanks

I own a 2002 Windsor, nice rig, good luck with yours.

Monaco specific questions should be posted in the Owners Forum Monaco coach.

Thanks, When I bought it, I got it for a good price because it had electrical issues(an older couple had it and he is in a nursing home and they didn't want to have it fixed) . A lot of the things in the dash didn't work and none of the interior lights worked. The generator wouldn't start. After getting it home yesterday and doing some investigation, I found some corrosion issues with the house battery cables. I took it apart and cleaned everything and put it all back together. Then I charged both House batteries. That did it. Everything works perfect now. Generator fired right up and runs like a top(Koehler Confidant 7). It came with all the books and records since new(only has 78,000 miles on it). Going thru the books and receipts I found out it had a Gale Banks power Pak on the Cummins diesel. I'm a pretty happy camper at this point. Looking forward to joining the "snowbirds" this winter in Florida!
