Just a few words of warning. You've reached the age where you have most likely gone through the circus of buying a car, the laid out plan dealers use to speed the sells process. You also may have purchased a home and are aware that there are strict guidelines that realtors must follow to protect you. Buying an RV is much more like buying a car, but the circus is a much bigger one.
I'm sure there are very honest dealers and salesmen around but be advised not all salesmen know all there is to know about a MH but do know what it takes to sell one. Check everything, get it in writing! Don't forget to look at the age of the tires. MH tires seldom wear out, they age out at about 7 years so be aware of this big expense.
Last words, don't get in a hurry, use this forum to ask questions and enjoy the shopping process. Oh yes Welcome!
