How to repair cosmetic damage - New to the group
I'm in the process of purchasing a 2010 Phoenix Cruiser 3500 on a Sprinter chassis. There is some cosmetic damage to the interior walls and fiberglass paint? on the exterior door and fender. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new rig. You might want to contact a local dealer that sells your manufacturer's rigs and ask them for a recommendation on a good body shop for your rig.
You are joining a good group of folks here with good information to share. Read the various threads here and ask questions as they come up or add information if you can.

I contacted the body shop I have used for auto work that I liked and trusted. They could not fit my MH inside their shop but recommended a what has turned out to be a great shop. I have used them twice... once for body work and a second for a quick welding job.
Checking with those in the business will
Iikely return a shop with a good reputation.
Inside work is another story though and a dealer may know of a good resource.

If you are DIY'er do a google search for the specific problem. I normally do this and if there are any Youtube video's I'll watch to see if there are any tricks. I do this for my automobiles and the RV. If I have to take anything apart I'll take pictures and label wires, one simple mistake can take hours to correct. The more you can do yourself the better it is as far as cost and you also learn a lot about your rig. I also have created and maintain a pretty extensive data base of information on various components for both maintenance and parts. Any useful files I find on IRV2 I save to the data base.

Any competent auto body shop ought to be able to repair the external damage. It's just painted body panels.
Without some better description, the interior stuff is anybody's guess. Is it the wall covering or cabinetry? Surface blemishes or physically broken? Most such stuff is best done yourself if you can manage it - finding skilled workers or even handymen with experience on RV interiors is tough. And the repair options are limited because of the generally slimsy materials involved.

My (competent) body shop said they would not consider trying to do a quality paint job outdoors and they could not fit it inside.
